After teaching your dog the basic dog training commands like stay, heel, bark, come and sit, you can now do the dog training jumping. A bar is the only thing that you need. The bar will be used to let your dog jump over it. Instead of letting your dog go to dog training school, teach your dog with the help of dog training jumping guide. Here is an overview on how dog training jumping is done. First is to let your dog jump with the leash attached on his halter and gripped by your two hands. Put the bar horizontally not reaching the floor. Lead your dog to the bar and say the dog training command “jump”. When your dog has jumped over the bar, tell him “heel” and then give him compliments and treats. But if your dog refuses to jump, never allow him to do that and keep repeating the procedure until he does it. When he is able to jump on the first level, let the bar be a little bit higher and repeat the same.
When you lead your dog to the bar, do not run for it will make him excited that he will not be able to cooperate with you attentively. Dog training jumping will let your dog learn and respond to any that might be bothering him like emergencies. Do not get too serious during the session, make it fun and exciting so your dog will not get bored and lose his cooperation. Patience and time is very much needed in dog training jumping so that you will be able to teach you dog well and you will be able to achieve what you have aimed.
