Potty training a dog is a vital part of house training a dog.

You must be consistent with taking your dog out immediately if he starts circling you or showing other signs of restlessness because this may mean that he want to relieve him.

It is also recommended to reward your dog each time he makes you aware that he wants to go out to potty, as this will encourage the behavior.
You could also use the opposite technique of rewarding, by taking away his toy if he poops inside the house and only returning it when he goes outside instead.
